2. French Doors or Multi-Pane Windows:
Each individual pane counts separately at $8 per pane.

3. Small or Specialty Windows (bathroom or accent windows):
Flat rate of $5 per pane for smaller sizes.

4. High or Hard-to-Reach Windows:
Add $2 per pane for windows requiring ladder work or special equipment.

5. Post-Construction Window Cleaning:
Flat $10 per pane due to the additional labor required to remove adhesive, paint, or debris.

Minimum Service Charge:
$75 minimum per job
